A lease option is available to churches & non-profit organizations for our end tables only.  Just fax or e-mail us your 501c certificate or other documentation and we will send you a lease agreement.  Through our lease program, we provide free replacement parts if ever required.  Lease options for the end table are as follows:  

59.95 per month	24 months
49.95 per month	36 months
39.95 per month	48 months
